These regulations relate to Legionella bacteria. Failure to meet these regulations can result in a failed registration, enforcement actions, fines and even prosecution.

What is Required
Under Regulations 12, 15 & 17 service providers need to prove that they have a Legionella Risk Assessment in place. That actions identified in the assessment have been carried out. Evidence of inspection and testing. Proof of the control measures in place. Proof that staff have had appropriate training and that there are review processes in place.
