Domestic Risk Assessments
The HSE's ACOP L8 states that anyone who carries out a risk assessment must be competent to do so. For domestic properties only a basic understanding of Legionella bacteria is needed. Our template download allows property owners, landlords and duty holders to easily carry out a low cost Legionella Risk Assessment.

Our Legionella Risk Assessment template has been prepared by our very own risk assessors whose knowledge, skills and experience has been recognised or acknowledge by Trust Mark and Trading Standards. Once complete you can immediately download the completed assessment a copy is also sent via email.
What It Covers
The template is only designed for low risk domestic properties on the mains cold-water supply. The assessment allows for two cold water storage tanks, two water heaters, two expansion vessels, eight outlets and two TMV valves. The assessment can also be handed to tenants as it includes advice on water temperatures.
